Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Plan, build, and launch information systems for SPHHP.
Provide end-user hardware and software support and training.

Responsibilities

Plan, build, and launch information systems for the School of Public Health and Health Professions.
Maintain in-house software and network connections for stability.
Resolve end-user software and connectivity problems and train users as needed.
Serve as operational hub for service requests and classroom technology support.
Coordinate and track technology service requests with SPHHP Technology Services.
Resolve large-scale technical issues with campus partners.
Report to the SPHHP IT Director on the South Campus.
