Campbell Union High School District in California is seeking a Computer / Communication Technician II to join the Technology Service Department. You will provide first and second level IT support for desktop computing across PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, printers, and AV equipment.

Reporting to the Director of Technology, you will install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software, coordinate with vendors, maintain networks, and document inventory.

Qualifications

• Two years PC support experience in a moderate to large enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networks (LAN/WAN).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with PC-based Windows/Mac environments and related peripherals.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work in a team and outside normal hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair district technology across PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, printers, and AV equipment.
• Coordinate repairs with outside vendors and support software on PC and Mac.
• Maintain networks (LANs, wireless) and security; assist in updates and documentation.
• Provide clear verbal and written communication and support ticket handling.
• Maintain inventory and keep the technology service center organized.
