Regions Bank seeks a Technology Business Manager to partner with the Divisional CIO in developing and executing technology business strategies, operating priorities, governance processes, financial plans, portfolio management activities, and organizational initiatives.

The role leads a team responsible for business management across technology, including financial management, portfolio governance, executive reporting, risk coordination, workforce planning, vendor oversight, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field; 12+ years in tech/business management, strategy, operations, governance, risk, or financial services
• HS diploma with 16 years of relevant experience in tech/business management and operations
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and developing associates
• Experience supporting technology organizations, strategic initiatives, portfolio management, or business operations
• Experience developing executive communications, business reporting, and performance metrics
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR, or other enterprise functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies and operating priorities aligned with business goals
• Lead a team responsible for governance, reporting, planning, and operations
• Manage annual budgeting, headcount, investments, and forecasting
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, monitoring and reporting
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on performance
• Coordinate with Finance on budget performance and investment tracking
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, remediation and risk coordination
• Drive workforce planning and leadership development initiatives
• Oversee leadership operating routines and governance forums
• Ensure cross-functional information flow for alignment and execution
