U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Portfolio Manager/Business Architect to bridge Product, Business, Operations, and Internal Technology across the Customer/Partner Experience.

You will translate vision into actionable requirements and guide multiple delivery teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end journeys. Responsibilities include backlog governance, cross-functional collaboration, and refining criteria to ensure scalable, reusable solutions that meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five to eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Relates business experience to upstream and downstream technologies.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking to explain tech risks to non-technical leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SDLC, end-to-end testing, information management, and vendor evaluation.
• Knowledge of credit card life cycles and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Manage initiative and feature backlog from intake through deployment.
• Understand how the business unit operates and the supporting tech.
• Refine end-to-end acceptance criteria highlighting interactions, gaps, and risks.
• Influence technical design to meet efficiency, reuse, and scalability goals.
• Monitor progress and align technical projects with business objectives.
