Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to partner with the Divisional CIO in developing technology strategies, budgets, and governance processes. You will lead a team delivering business management, reporting, and workforce planning while ensuring regulatory readiness and business alignment.

You will oversee budget performance, executive reporting, risk, and cross‑functional coordination with Finance, Risk, and Compliance. Onsite in major Regions locations, including Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or related field with extensive experience in tech/business management.
• Experience leading teams and developing associates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies and operating priorities aligned with business goals.
• Lead annual planning including budget, headcount, and investments.
• Oversee portfolio governance, reporting, and risk management across technology.
• Monitor performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
