Job summary

U.S. Bank in Atlanta is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee the financial planning, forecasting, governance, and reporting of a large technology portfolio.

You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Product leaders to manage investments, funding strategies, and performance, focusing on Clarity PPM, CapEx/OpEx management, and portfolio forecasting. This role requires strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and experience delivering in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with three to five or more years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Clarity PPM experience including Projects module, resource management, time reporting, cost plans, forecasting, and actuals tracking.
• Strong financial acumen with CapEx/OpEx and spend forecasting.
• Experience leading Agile teams and PMP certification

Responsibilities

• Manage technology portfolio investments, budgets, and financial performance across multiple projects.
• Create and maintain projects in Clarity PPM, including resource allocations, time reporting, and financial setup.
• Develop and maintain monthly CapEx and OpEx forecasts and investment plans.
• Monitor actuals, analyze variances, and provide forecasting updates to leadership.
• Track portfolio spend and funding against approved budgets and targets.
• Prepare executive and investment committee reporting on portfolio health and financial performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to support portfolio planning and decision-making.
• Drive portfolio governance processes, including forecasting cycles, funding approvals, and financial reviews.
