Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to partner with the Divisional CIO on technology strategy, governance, and financial planning. You will lead a team across technology finance, reporting, risk coordination, and workforce planning to drive execution and regulatory readiness.

You will develop executive dashboards, oversee budgets and headcount, and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, while coordinating with risk, legal, and audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in tech/business mgmt, strategy, operations, governance, risk or financial services.
• Alternative: HS diploma with 16+ years in related roles and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies with the Divisional CIO aligned to business goals.
• Lead a team responsible for governance, reporting, planning, budgeting, and operations.
• Oversee annual planning, including budget, headcount, investment, and forecasting.
• Manage portfolio governance, prioritization, and regulatory commitments across initiatives.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on performance and risk.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, productivity, and investments.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Legal, and other partners on governance reviews.
• Drive workforce planning, leadership routines, and talent development initiatives.
• Support leadership forums, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional communication.
