Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to support the Divisional CIO, leading a team responsible for business management, governance, reporting, and financial planning. You will drive technology strategies, oversee budgeting, and coordinate governance across risk, compliance, and operations.

The role emphasizes strategic partnership with technology and business leaders to drive execution, regulatory readiness, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field with twelve years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with sixteen years of relevant experience.
• Five years of experience leading teams and developing associates
• Experience supporting technology organizations, strategic initiatives, portfolio management activities, or business operations functions
• Experience developing executive communications, business reporting, and performance metrics
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management activities
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR, or other enterprise functions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, operating priorities, and organizational objectives aligned with business goals
• Lead teams responsible for business management, governance, reporting, planning, and operational activities
• Oversee annual planning, budget development, headcount planning, investment planning, and financial forecasting
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritize initiatives, monitor progress and report to leadership
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and communications on financial performance and risk management
• Collaborate with Finance on budget performance, expense management, and investment tracking
• Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, and governance reviews with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams
• Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives
• Lead leadership operating routines and governance forums, ensuring alignment across teams
• Ensure compliance with risk management programs and cybersecurity practices
