Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to support the Divisional CIO in developing technology strategies, priorities, and governance. You will lead a team handling financial management, portfolio governance, reporting, risk coordination, and workforce planning to drive execution and regulatory readiness.

You will partner with technology and business leaders to optimize investments, develop executive-level reporting, and coordinate exams and governance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 12 years in technology, business management, strategy, operations, governance, risk management, or financial services.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 16 years of relevant experience in technology, business management, strategy, operations, governance, risk management, or financial services.
• Five (5) years of experience leading teams and developing associates.
• Experience supporting technology organizations, strategic initiatives, portfolio management activities, or business operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, operating priorities, and organizational objectives aligned with business goals.
• Lead a team responsible for business management, governance, reporting, planning, and operational activities.
• Lead annual planning activities, including budget development, headcount planning, investment planning, and financial forecasting.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance processes, ensuring strategic initiatives and regulatory commitments are prioritized and reported.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and communications regarding financial performance, portfolio execution, workforce metrics, risk management, and strategic priorities.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage budget performance and investment tracking.
