Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Business Manager to support the Divisional CIO in developing and executing technology strategy, governance, and financial plans. You will lead a team delivering business management, governance, reporting, and planning across technology functions to drive performance and regulatory readiness.

The role partners with senior leaders to ensure portfolio prioritization and executive-level reporting, while coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of relevant technology/business experience or 16+ years with HS diploma is required.
• Experience leading teams and developing associates.
• Proven ability to develop executive communications, business reporting, and performance metrics.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Finance, HR, or other enterprise functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technology strategies, priorities, and objectives.
• Lead a team responsible for business management, governance, reporting, and planning.
• Oversee annual budgeting, headcount planning, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure portfolio governance aligns with regulatory commitments and business priorities.
• Produce executive dashboards and communications on financial performance and risk.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and audit teams; drive workforce planning and talent development.
