Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Services Manager to supervise a team delivering help desk, desktop, or telecommunications services. The role focuses on policy creation, cross-team collaboration, and rapid issue resolution to minimize impact on business operations.

The position emphasizes leadership in a regulated setting, change management, and alignment with TODD for risk controls, cyber security, and performance improvements. Onsite in multiple US locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and eight years of related experience.
• Or High School Diploma and twelve years of related experience.
• Certifications include A+ or CHDP depending on the team.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of associates providing support in one or more areas within technology services.
• Directs, establishes, plans, and implements the policies, processes, and procedures for team.
• Oversees coordination between technology departments to facilitate quick resolutions.
• Facilitates problem resolution with minimal impact and escalation control.
• Monitors issues and keeps leadership updated.
• Manages design, deployment, maintenance, support, and upgrade of technology assets.
• Provides strategies focusing on business initiatives and customer satisfaction.
• Partners across TODD to ensure controls are designed and monitored to strengthen risk management.
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk when implementing changes.
