City First Bank seeks an IT Operations Manager to lead the technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support across our offices. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance while delivering exceptional service to employees.

The role requires coordinating with vendors and business stakeholders to drive resiliency, regulatory compliance, and technology solutions that enable growth. Strong leadership, project management, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in banking/financial services technology operations.
• Budget management and project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and security of systems, servers, endpoints, and network infrastructure.
• Build a high-performing IT culture with accountability and service excellence.
• Lead complex technology projects from planning to implementation.
• Present operational metrics and risk indicators to senior leadership.
• Manage user lifecycle, onboarding, provisioning, and access controls.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.
• Oversee patch management, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Coordinate responses to audits and regulatory examinations.
• Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and MSPs.
• Support user IT incidents and service requests within SLAs.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity threats and regulatory developments.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
