Job summary

You will drive incident, problem, change, and major incident management, while advancing AI, observability, and analytics to improve service reliability and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of higher education and/or work experience with 4+ years in technology or systems and 9+ years in technology leadership.
• Deep expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management; ITIL practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow-enabled process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and governance for 24x7x365 technology operations and service management.
• Drive modernization, automation, and observability programs across incidents, changes, and major incidents.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure performance and customer impact; enable executive visibility.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Development teams to reduce risk and improve reliability.
• Build and lead high-performing teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
