Impact helps clients transform IT and security environments by leading structured discovery and translating findings into clear, actionable roadmaps. The role partners with Sales and engineering to design fully managed or co-managed services that align with client outcomes, supportability, and long-term value.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in IT/security, strong executive-facing communication, and a deep understanding of networking, identity, and backup/DR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity with progression from hands-on to strategy and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery and translate technical complexity for executives and engineers.
• Strong knowledge across IT domains: networking, Windows/Linux, endpoint management, identity, backup/DR.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with executives and technical stakeholders to capture goals, current-state operations, risk tolerance, and constraints.
• Own the technical direction of the Business Transformation Assessment and develop a remediation roadmap.
• Translate findings into client-ready recommendations with options, scope, and outcomes for executives and engineering teams.
• Design managed services solutions across infrastructure, endpoint, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security for supportability.
• Collaborate with Sales and delivery teams to validate feasibility and define responsibilities for onboarding and steady-state.
