Job summary

Impact Networking seeks an experienced IT and cybersecurity leader to partner with business and IT executives. You will assess current environments, identify gaps, and develop practical roadmaps that improve security, reliability, and user experience.

You’ll lead structured discovery, translate findings into concrete, executive-ready recommendations, and design fully managed or co-managed services to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity with progression from hands-on to leadership.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and translate findings for executives and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge across IT domains: networking, endpoints, identity, and backup/DR.
• Experience in managed services or consulting is a plus.
• Comfort collaborating with Sales, delivery teams, and partners to design sound, operable solutions.
• Relevant certifications (Security+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with executives and technical stakeholders to understand goals and constraints.
• Own the BTA direction: data collection, findings validation, and remediation roadmap.
• Translate findings into client-ready, option-based recommendations for executives and engineers.
• Design managed services solutions across infrastructure, endpoints, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security.
• Partner with delivery teams to validate feasibility, define roles, and set onboarding expectations.
• Define and scope SOC-backed security services (MDR/XDR, email security, remediation).
• Create and review proposals, SOWs, and diagrams to ensure accurate delivery.
• Support opportunity strategy with Sales and deliver executive-level reviews and presentations.
• Share knowledge through playbooks, training, and client-ready materials.
