Job summary

Impact Networking is seeking a Senior IT/ cybersecurity consultant to guide business and IT leaders through assessments, risk identification, and practical roadmaps that improve security, reliability, and user experience.

You will work with Sales and Engineering to translate findings into actionable, client-ready recommendations and design comprehensive managed services (fully managed or co-managed) aligned to client outcomes and supportability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT and/or cybersecurity with progression to leadership.
• Ability to translate technical complexity to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with exec/technical stakeholders to align goals and risks.
• Own the BTA direction: data collection, findings, and a remediation roadmap.
• Translate findings into client-ready options with clear scope and outcomes.
• Design managed services across infrastructure, endpoint, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security.
• Partner with delivery teams to define responsibilities and onboarding expectations.
• Define SOC-backed security services and align response workflows and reporting.
• Create proposals, SOW inputs, and solution documentation for accurate delivery.
• Support sales with technical win plans and executive-level reviews.
• Coach teams with playbooks, talk tracks, and training for consistent delivery.
