Job summary

Impact Networking, LLC seeks an experienced IT security and transformation consultant to lead discovery, translate complex findings into practical roadmaps, and design managed services across infra, cloud, and security. You will partner with Sales and Delivery to align client outcomes and drive value.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/cybersecurity, strong executive communication, and a track record of building trusted security programs in a services or consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT/cybersecurity with progression to strategy and leadership.
• Ability to lead discovery, translate complexity, and present to executives.
• Strong knowledge of core IT domains and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Own the technical direction of the BTA and develop modernization roadmaps.
• Translate findings into client-ready, executive-friendly recommendations.
• Design managed services solutions across infra, endpoints, cloud, identity, backup/DR, and security.
• Partner with delivery teams to validate feasibility and onboarding expectations.
• Position SOC-backed security services and align response workflows.
• Create proposals, SOWs, and solution documentation for delivery.
• Support opportunity strategy with Sales and executive presentations.
• Share knowledge to enable Sales and delivery teams.
