Offix is seeking driven sales professionals to grow a territory through strategic prospecting, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. You will identify client technology needs, align offerings, and close deals in a consultative, customer-focused manner.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing training, and driving client retention and referrals, with a competitive base salary plus commissions, in a dynamic Virginia market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C/Direct/Outside sales preferred.

What You Will Do

• Develop and grow your territory through prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
• Connect with Businesses daily via Strategic Phone Calls, Strategic Stop Bys, and LinkedIn Outreach.
• Identify Technology needs by aligning our offerings with Clients goals through active listening, powerful questions, and vision casting.
• Close sales in a consultative, customer-oriented fashion.
• Nurture client relationships through continued client training and business reviews, with the aim of driving client retention and referral business.

What You Bring

• Sales Experience - 2+ years of experience with B2B, B2C, Direct Sales, or Outside Sales is preferred. Retail Sales Professionals with tickets averaging over +1K or higher are also considered.
• Entrepreneurial Minded- You own your results and manage yourself at the highest level.
• Coachable- You take feedback and "run the play". You know there is always more to learn!
• Relationship Oriented- You "People" well. You enjoy connecting with strangers and making new friends.
• Competitive/Goal Driven- You aren’t satisfied with "Average". You’ve got a desire to be "Great"!
• Detail Oriented- From CRM health to Client Proposals, you document at the highest level.
