Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational TRM initiatives across EY Americas. The role focuses on technology risk insights, risk-based decisions, and policy implementation to align with client expectations.

You will collaborate with EY Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Global Information Security to design policies, mentor teams, and deliver reports to senior leaders. Hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to interface with EY personnel at all levels.
• Solid understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and Blockchain, and related regulatory considerations.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; ability to lead virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs.
