Job summary

EY Americas TRM is seeking an Associate Director to lead technology risk management initiatives across the organization. You will guide strategic program execution, assess emerging technologies, and support risk-based decision-making for EY clients in a globally connected environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management activities.
• Provide risk insights to enable risk-based decisions and align with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology, Client Technology, and Information Security teams to design policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior leaders and program stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of AI laws, regulations, and standards and relay impact to the program.
• Manage junior team members within the TRM function.
