Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational program initiatives. You will guide risk assessments, develop governance and policy measures, and work with global teams to deliver risk insights and mitigations in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk program initiatives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members within the TRM function.
• Collaborate with Global Enterprise Technology and other functions to design policies.
• Create reports for senior leaders on program activities.
