Job summary

EY seeks an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead strategic and operational program initiatives within the EY Americas TRM function. You will assess technology risks, advise on emerging tech, and enable risk-based decisions across a global, diverse firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Graduate degree preferred and relevant certifications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in technology risk management and information security.
• Knowledge of AI laws, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk programs.
• Collaborate across EY Global teams to design policies and processes.
• Create reports for senior stakeholders and maintain program governance.
• Mentor junior team members and manage virtual teams.
• Stay up to date with AI and emerging technology risks.
