Job summary

EY is seeking an Associate Director in Technology Risk Management (TRM) to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of technology risk programs across the Americas. You will guide strategic initiatives, collaborate with Global IT, Information Security, and business lines to align policy and risk mitigation, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of technology risk, compliance, and regulatory developments, with a focus on AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years related experience.
• Relevant professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, Security+, PMP) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to interface with all EY personnel.
• Ability to lead virtual teams and mentor junior members.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of strategic and operational TRM program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor technology risk management programs.
• Collaborate with EY teams to design and implement risk policies and processes.
• Create reports on program activities for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and manage junior TRM team members.
