ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3 to support access provisioning and troubleshoot technical issues within a Security team.

The role requires collaboration with DBAs and application teams to define access requirements and manage user accounts across platforms. You will use ServiceNow, Remedy, and similar ticketing tools to track requests, ensuring timely resolutions and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Provision access to end users on multiple platforms.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service focus.
• MS Excel proficiency is highly desirable.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt in dynamic environments.

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 3 to join their team. As a Technology Operations Analyst 3, you will be part of the Security team supporting access provisioning and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provision access to end users across various Lines of Business within Wells Fargo
• Collaborate closely with Database Administrators and Application teams to determine access requirements
• Manage user accounts by creating, deleting, and granting privileges on various platforms.
• Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000 to track and resolve access requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

What's Needed?

• At least 2+ years of experience provisioning access on relevant platforms
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service focus
• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and remain flexible in dynamic environments
