• Manage user accounts by creating, deleting, and granting privileges on Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
• Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, Pac2000, or similar to track and resolve access requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

As a Technology Operations Analyst 3, you will be part of the Security team supporting various Lines of Business (LOBs).
