• Familiarity with cloud or infrastructure consumption patterns.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end demand intake, evaluation, normalization, and prioritization for Internal Cloud Platform services.
• Produce accurate demand forecasts and align demand with platform capacity, funding models, and delivery constraints.
• Own the demand management process, including intake criteria, reporting cadence, and backlog maintenance.
• Analyze intake requests, model capacity impacts, and integrate demand data into planning and governance workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, governance, and platform teams to translate demand into actionable plans.

As Technology Demand & Capacity Manager, you will be part of the Cloud Operations Department supporting demand intake, capacity planning, and financial management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Cloud Demand Manager/ Technology Demand & Capacity Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week)

Position type: 12+ months with high possibility of extension/Conversion
