Job summary

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst 2 to join its Security team. You will provision access for end users across multiple Lines of Business, collaborating with DBAs and application teams to determine access requirements and manage user accounts on Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.

You will use ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Remedy to track requests and resolve issues, while providing strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience provisioning access on relevant database platforms.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar tools.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provision access to end users across various Lines of Business within Wells Fargo.
• Collaborate closely with Database Administrators and Application teams to determine access requirements.
• Manage user accounts by creating, deleting, and granting privileges on platforms such as Oracle, SQL, Teradata, PostgreSQL, Yugabyte, or DB2.
• Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow, ART, Remedy, or Pac2000 to track and resolve access requests efficiently.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
