Job summary

Holland & Knight LLP seeks an IT Learning Experience Designer to own end-to-end technology learning initiatives, from needs analysis to LMS administration. You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and learners to create engaging experiences across classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning formats that support business objectives and strengthen employee capabilities.

Design, develop, and deliver content, align with instructional design standards, and measure learning impact to drive performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, information technology, learning and development, or related field.
• Five to seven years of instructional design, learning technology, program coordination, and LMS administration experience in corporate or consulting environments.
• Experience administering or managing a Learning Management System and with SCORM-based content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, learning evaluation, and accessibility practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Zoom or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and learners to identify performance needs and translate them into learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning experiences.
• Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, modules, videos, guides, templates, and other performance support materials.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, including content and learner records.
• Coordinate training schedules, facilitators, participants, communications, and resources.
• Partner with leaders to curate, maintain, and retire learning content.
