Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks an IT Learning Experience Designer to own the full lifecycle of tech learning solutions, from needs analysis through development, delivery coordination, and LMS administration. You’ll collaborate with leaders, SMEs, trainers, and learners to deliver engaging classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning experiences aligned with business goals.

You will design storyboards and materials, maintain the LMS, coordinate schedules, and monitor learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, information technology, learning and development, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience spanning instructional design, learning technology, program coordination, and LMS administration in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Proven experience administering or managing an LMS and working with SCORM-based content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, learning evaluation, and accessibility practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with authoring, multimedia, and virtual delivery tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Zoom, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders, project owners, SMEs, and learners to identify performance needs and translate them into targeted learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning experiences supporting mastery and business outcomes.
• Create storyboards, scripts, scenarios, interactive modules, videos, guides, templates, and other performance support materials.
• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, including course content, learner records, and overall user experience.
• Coordinate training schedules, facilitators, participants, communications, and resources to minimize business disruption.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and implement improvements.
• Establish standards for instructional design, content development, delivery methods, accessibility, LMS administration, and measurement.
• Stay current on legal technology, adult learning, and emerging tools; advise management on adoption.
