Job summary

Holland & Knight seeks an IT Learning Experience Designer to own end-to-end technology learning solutions across classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning formats. You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, trainers, and learners to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes needs analysis, experience design, LMS administration, and ongoing evaluation to improve learning effectiveness and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning technology, and LMS administration in corporate/consulting environments.
• Proven experience administering or managing an LMS and SCORM-based content.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with authoring and multimedia tools like Articulate 360, Camtasia, Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders and learners to identify performance needs and translate them into learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement classroom, virtual, mobile, and eLearning experiences.
• Create storyboards, scripts, modules, and quick reference guides.
• Manage the Learning Management System content, records, and user experience.
• Coordinate training schedules, facilitators, participants, and resources for delivery.
