The role emphasizes coaching engineers, aligning roadmaps with business goals, and maintaining strong technical credibility with modern architectures and AI adoption.

You will collaborate with Product and business partners to drive impactful initiatives, maintain delivery discipline, and promote agile practices while guiding a team through complex

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year leading technology teams.
• 4 years of IT experience with full stack design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery across digital origination, credit, deposits, and business banking.
• Coach and mentor engineers, set clear expectations, and foster agile practices.
• Engage with architecture, APIs, and code-level issues to guide technical decisions.
• Partner with Product and business teams to align roadmaps with outcomes.
• Communicate delivery status and risks to senior leaders.
