• 7 years of experience leading technology teams.
• 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy and roadmaps aligning with business goals.
• Oversee high-impact portfolio spanning payments, wealth mgmt, lending, and credit cards.
• Identify dependencies and blockers across multiple teams to keep initiatives moving.
• Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.
• Lead governance, planning, and financial management for technology initiatives.
