Job summary

Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Manager Technology to lead engineering teams delivering member-facing software and digital origination platforms. You will shape technology roadmaps, align cross-functional partners, and drive modernization of APIs, cloud, and AI-enabled initiatives.

You’ll mentor engineers, promote Agile practices, manage tradeoffs, and ensure high-quality delivery while collaborating with Product, Data, and Architecture teams to achieve strategic outcomes for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience leading technology teams.
• 4 years of IT experience with full stack design and development including hands-on experience with Angular, React, Java Spring Boot, Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery for member-facing applications across digital origination, credit, deposits, and business banking.
• Guide high-impact initiatives like Credit Line Increase and Retail MAX.
• Coach and develop engineering teams, set clear expectations, and foster agility and learning.
