Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Director of Technology to lead a broad portfolio of financial-services technology, aligning technology strategy with member outcomes. You will drive modernization through cloud, APIs, and DevOps, coordinating with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to remove blockers and move complex initiatives forward.

You'll manage a high-performance team, oversee architectural decisions, and influence enterprise-wide technology leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of people leadership experience leading technology teams.
• 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Technology Strategy & Delivery: translate business needs into technology roadmaps and cost/benefit analyses.
• Own a High-Impact Portfolio: oversee delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and more.
• Anticipate Risks & Dependencies: identify blockers across teams before they affect delivery.
• Drive Technology Modernization: push cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.
• Identify Innovative Solutions: evaluate market solutions and lead RFPs and business cases.
• Build & Develop a High-Performance Team: coach, mentor, and develop technology professionals.
• Advance Engineering Excellence: oversee requirements, delivery, Agile practices, CI/CD, and testing.
• Build Integrated Roadmaps: co-create roadmaps with business and Product.
• Create Strong Enterprise Partnerships: foster cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
• Lead Governance & Planning: oversee governance, prioritization, reviews, and forums.
• Manage Portfolio Financials: contribute to annual operating plan and cost plans.
• Lead Vendors & Strategic Partners: manage SOWs, external resources, and performance.
• Optimize Delivery: align product roadmaps with strategic execution.
• Measure Results: establish OKRs and KPIs for progress.
• Stay Ahead of the Technology Landscape: maintain current tech knowledge.
• Create a Culture of Growth & Agility: foster learning, innovation, and accountability.
