Boeing Employees Credit Union seeks a Director Technology to lead a broad portfolio of financial-services technology that directly shapes member experiences and outcomes across payments, wealth management, lending, and credit cards.

You will drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, and modern architecture while partnering with Product, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to remove blockers and deliver value at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience leading technology teams.
• 8+ years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy & delivery across payments, wealth management, lending, and credit cards.
• Own a high-impact portfolio with accountability for delivery ecosystem and outcomes.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern architecture.
• Lead, coach, and develop technology professionals.
