Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7 years of people leadership experience.
• 8 years of information technology experience with demonstrated expertise in application design.
• Experience leading technology teams at scale.

Aufgaben

• Develop and articulate technology strategy and delivery roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Own and govern a high-impact technology portfolio across multiple domains.
• Identify risks and dependencies across Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Architecture.
• Drive modernization through cloud, APIs, SaaS, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Build and nurture a high-performance technology team with coaching and succession planning.
• Partner with business and Product leaders to co-create integrated technology roadmaps.
