Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4 years IT experience with full-stack application design and development.
• 1+ year leading technology teams.
• Experience with modern frontend and backend stacks (Angular/React with Java/Node).

Aufgaben

• Lead Technology Delivery: you'll lead software developers, contractors, and technology partners delivering member-facing applications across digital origination, credit, deposits, and business banking.
• Guide High-Impact Initiatives: drive Credit Line Increase, Retail MAX, and other strategic programs.
• Lead and Grow Engineering Talent: coach, mentor, and develop team members with a focus on quality and growth.
• Stay Technically Connected: engage with developers on architecture, APIs, and code-level issues to guide solutions.
• Create Clarity and Focus: translate competing priorities into realistic commitments and protect Agile/Scrum teams from disruption.
• Advance Engineering Practices: strengthen CI/CD, automation, testing, and incident management across the lifecycle.
