Job summary

Visterra Landscape Group in Rosemont, IL or remote in the United States seeks a Technology Business Partner to lead the integration of acquired companies into Aspire-based operations, bridging business, technology and leadership teams to maintain continuity.

You will map processes, configure the Aspire system for new entities, standardize best practices, and train teams across locations, traveling as needed to support branch operations. Strong project leadership and M&A experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, Landscape Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in landscape operations or integration management.
• Hands-on experience with Aspire, including job costing, pricing, and markup strategies.
• Strong understanding of landscape services including maintenance, enhancements, and snow.
• Willingness to travel regularly to support branch operations and integration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead operational resource during integrations, understanding existing workflows including estimating, job costing, scheduling, and billing.
• Own process mapping and translate acquired company processes into the Aspire platform.
• Configure the Aspire system to reflect the new company's operational structure in collaboration with IT.
• Identify and standardize best practices across integrated companies, aligning with core processes.
• Partner with leadership and other departments to execute a coordinated integration effort.
• Conduct and coordinate training on Aspire and Visterra's procedures for new and existing teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges during integration.
