Job summary

Landscape Collective is seeking an Aspire Integration and Optimization Lead to drive affiliate integrations and operational excellence. You will implement core business applications, standardize workflows, and champion best practices across the network.

You will evaluate new software solutions, support API integrations, and coach affiliate teams to meet milestones while maintaining strong relationships and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Aspire software - extensive usage and experience
• Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred
• Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and UAT, preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM/business management systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership.
• Implement core business applications (incl. Aspire).
• Document and standardize processes to optimize branch performance.
• Champion BMPs, SOPs, and workflows across affiliates.
• Evaluate new software solutions, document requirements and workflows, and participate in UAT.
• Support API and systems integration projects aligning tools with affiliate needs.
• Hold affiliate teams to milestones and provide coaching as needed.
• Track and report on go-live timelines, satisfaction scores, and workflow standardization.
