• 7+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience running IT service delivery, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to manage a distributed workforce requiring strong communication.
• Experience with M&A technology integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT operations team including systems administration and support levels.
• Oversee IT service delivery, SLAs, ticket queues, and incident response.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and technology spend.
• Collaborate with the VP of Technology to align IT with business goals.
• Support acquisitions with technology onboarding and integration.
