Job summary

LPL Financial LLC is seeking an AVP, Advisor Solutions Manager to lead M&A technology delivery for advisor affiliate models in the Product & Technology organization. You will drive outcomes, manage complex integrations, and ensure transparent execution across cross-functional teams.

The role demands 10+ years in technology programs, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% within the United States to support discovery and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading complex technology programs.
• Minimum 5 years as technology lead, program lead, or integration lead.
• Experience in due diligence, integration planning, onboarding acquisitions.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology environments including networking and security.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Ability to travel 25-50% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technology contact for Advisor Affiliate acquisitions and lead due diligence, planning, and governance of tech solutions for new partner institutions.
• Oversee intake and planning of resources for the L&S pipeline including funding, hardware, and software.
• Perform site visits for discovery with infosec, network, and infrastructure to mitigate risk.
• Define high-level scope, dependencies, constraints, risks, and tradeoffs for acquisitions.
• Provide inputs into repeatable processes to increase efficiency and throughput; promote transparency in execution.
• Create best-in-class reports and board-ready presentations on LPL’s strategic plays and growth initiatives.
