TEK Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support technology implementation projects in a fast-paced environment. You will help ensure projects are properly planned and organized by coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and personnel.

The role emphasizes strong organization, communication, and problem-solving as you work with internal teams, field technicians, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward and ready for execution.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications.
• Experience coordinating schedules, tracking tasks, or supporting projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and project timelines for technology-related implementations.
• Ensure all required equipment, materials, and resources are available before installation dates.
• Communicate project updates and status information to stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate onsite technicians and support teams to ensure project readiness.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records.
• Identify and help resolve issues that could impact project timelines or success.
• Serve as a liaison between various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
