Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project support roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing project financials: budget tracking, forecasting, accruals, invoice coding/processing, financial analysis & reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Prepare and maintain project forecasts and accruals.
• Review, code, and process project-related invoices.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Coordinate project activities and maintain project documentation.
• Communicate financial status updates to project teams and stakeholders.
• Support portfolio-level reporting and financial governance activities.
