Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring a Project Coordinator / Customer Operations Coordinator in Wappingers Falls, NY for a contract-to-hire role. You will serve as the hub between customers and internal teams to ensure orders flow smoothly from submission to fulfillment and will deliver a white-glove customer experience.

Ideal candidates excel in relationship-building, problem-solving, and coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders with high accuracy.
Serve as primary contact for customers through the order lifecycle.
Coordinate with Finance, Subscription Services, Order Management, and Distribution.
Provide a white-glove customer experience by promptly addressing questions and requests.
Research and resolve order discrepancies, payment issues, and fulfillment concerns.
Work with banking partners to investigate payment-related issues.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
Support customers through the ordering process with complete information and documentation.
Handle administrative work, data entry and customer communication.
Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
