• Supporting implementation activities
• Active participation in project meetings, including agenda preparation, attendance, and minute taking
• Tracking decisions, risks, issues, and action items; distributing notes within 24 hours
• Maintaining meeting records and archives; following up on unresolved items
• Monitoring email and chat communications throughout the workday
• Coordinating project correspondence; tracking stakeholder questions and follow-up actions
• Supporting project implementation logistics; escalating overdue items and risks to the Project Manager
