Job summary

TEKsystems in Tulsa, OK seeks an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale integration modernization program. You will work with the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, manage documentation, and ensure on-schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience can substitute one year of formal education.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Manager in planning, execution, and delivery of complex integration modernization programs.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables; escalate schedule, resource, or dependency concerns.
• Coordinate integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and governance sessions.
• Prepare agendas, capture minutes, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
• Escalate issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and timeliness.
