Job summary

BLDM is seeking a forward‑thinking technology leader to guide the organization’s technology strategy and digital transformation. The Manager will oversee secure IT infrastructure and drive automation, AI, BI, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

The role partners with executive leadership, manages vendors and projects, and balances strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, MIS, Business Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive technology and digital transformation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Experience leading technology projects and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology and digital transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with executives to identify operational challenges solvable by technology.
• Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and digitalization across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and cybersecurity considerations for investments.
• Drive change management and user adoption for major technology implementations.
