Job summary

Birdeye is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead our global IT infrastructure, applications, and support teams. This leader will drive automation and AI-enhanced IT operations, ensuring security, reliability, and optimal performance across locations.

The role emphasizes strategic IT planning, vendor relationships, and budget stewardship, with a focus on transforming traditional IT into a self‑healing ecosystem. Strong cross‑functional collaboration and governance will be essential.

Qualifications

7+ years in IT or related industry
ITIL Foundation cert. CCNA, MCP preferred
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or Information Systems
Proven lead experience in global IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of IT operations and systems management
Experience with IT governance and security controls

Responsibilities

Lead IT operations across infrastructure, applications, security, and support services.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee budgets, cost management, and ROI of IT investments.
Drive cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, and incident response.
Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
