Good co India leads digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise, driving strategy, planning and execution of technology modernization. You will partner with business units, IT and external vendors to deliver cloud, AI/ML, RPA and analytics solutions aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, governance and measurable ROI through dashboards and KPIs, while ensuring security and regulatory compliance across initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field.
• MBA in technology management or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• 5–10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT Program management or enterprise technology.

• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies aligned with goals and growth.
• Identify opportunities to digitize processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end transformation programs including planning and delivery.
• Evaluate digital solutions like cloud, AI/ML, RPA, ERP/CRM and analytics.
• Drive process reengineering and workflow automation across departments.
• Collaborate with leaders, IT and vendors to define roadmaps and requirements.
• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement and training.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure ROI and productivity gains.
• Oversee system integration, data migration and platform implementations.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
