BSI Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy and execution across multiple regional offices.

You will drive digital transformation, oversee cybersecurity, data governance, and cloud initiatives while partnering with the executive team to align investments with growth goals. The role requires a strong business mindset, technical depth, and the ability to scale technology to support ongoing expansion and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology strategies that enable growth and operational excellence.
• Hands-on oversight of enterprise applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and data governance.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation and technology-enabled business processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Advise executive leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead evaluation and lifecycle management of enterprise platforms and applications.
• Champion digital transformation to streamline workflows and productivity.
• Establish and maintain cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery programs.
• Develop data governance standards for accuracy, security, and accessibility.
• Direct management of technology infrastructure, cloud services, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee technology budgeting and ROI-focused investment decisions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team and drive accountability.
• Ensure scalable technology that supports current operations and future growth.
• Collaborate with regional offices to integrate technology standards for expansion.
